So verarbeiten wir Bilder
Wenn du ein Tier fotografierst, schicken wir das Bild kurz an einen Computer, der erkennt, welches Tier es ist. Dieser Computer speichert dein Foto nicht dauerhaft und lernt nicht daraus.
Wir speichern die Fotos auf unserem eigenen Server. Dabei anonymisieren und verfremden wir sie, sodass niemand erkennen kann, von wem sie stammen.

Die Erkennung dient ausschließlich dazu, das Tier zu bestimmen. Wir erstellen kein Trainingsmaterial aus deinen Fotos.
Standort (GPS)
Warum wir deinen Standort nutzen
Wenn du ein Foto machst, merken wir uns, wo im Zoo du warst. Das hilft uns zu prüfen, dass das Bild echt ist und nicht geschummelt wurde.
Wenn du die Karte in der App nutzt, brauchen wir deinen Standort, um dir zu zeigen, wo du bist. Diese Infos verschwinden, sobald du die Karte schließt.

Keine Identifizierung
Wir fragen dich nicht nach deinem Namen, deiner E‑Mail oder anderen persönlichen Informationen. Es ist nicht möglich, dich als Person zu erkennen.

When you take a picture of an animal, the photo is briefly sent to a computer that recognizes which animal it is. This computer does not keep your photo permanently and does not learn from it.
We store the photos on our own server, but we make them anonymous and blurred so nobody can tell who took them.

When you take a photo, we save the place in the zoo where it was taken. This helps us make sure the photo is real and not fake.
When you use the map in the app, we need your location to show where you are. These location details disappear once you close the map.
